This resource demonstrates best practice for optimal engagement with the teaching observation process in college higher education. The model is based on rich data acquired from academic staff and H. E. managers, so as to ensure that it met all stakeholder requirements. The model is based on findings that have shown to enhance student outcomes, meet quality assurance expectations, yet retain the collegiate ethos of peer observation and collaboration.
